Fried Halloumi

- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 8 oz halloumi cheese (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup Quick and Luscious Tomato Sauce
